Processing Time
Every product is made to order (not pre-stocked), please allow 3-7 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.

Shipping Times
• UK Orders: Usually arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.
• International Orders: Typically take 7-21 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You’ll see the exact cost before you confirm your order.

Just a heads-up - our toddler T-shirts are produced by a separate printing partner, therefore they are shipped independently from other items. This may result in an additional postage cost.

International Orders
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are set by your local customs office.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your doorstep.
