Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@threesixfive.london within 14 days of delivery with a photo and brief description of the issue. We’ll review and once verified, we’ll make it right - either with a replacement or a full refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason - no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging) and accompanied by proof of purchase.
